Healthy relationships change lives and the world.
GTI develops evidence-based curriculum, training, and coaching through two clearly defined routes: the GTI Foundation serves schools and individuals through nonprofit and educational partners; the GTI Institute serves companies, organizational leaders, groups, and individuals.
Both pathways advance healthier relationships through evidence-based learning and practical application, but they serve different audiences.
The Foundation advances equitable access to relational learning. It works through schools, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other mission-aligned partners rather than serving companies.
GTI helps schools build healthier cultures of learning by strengthening the relational skills of students, educators, and families. The result is not just better programming, but safer classrooms, steadier adults, and learning environments where trust can grow.
GTI works with nonprofit and community-based organizations to make relational learning available to individuals who can benefit from practical tools for dignity, trust, healthier relationships, and personal growth.
The GTI Institute works with companies and individuals to translate relational science into leadership practice, individual and group coaching, team development, and healthier organizational culture.
GTI equips individuals, leaders, managers, groups, and teams with relational tools that strengthen connection under pressure and help people and organizations move toward healthier communication, steadier leadership, and resilient performance.
Programs are the beginning, not the end. The Hub is being developed as a place where participants, practitioners, and partners can exchange learning and best practices, stay connected, and keep applying relational skills over time.
